Stephen is deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care, which means every interaction is built on respect, understanding, and a genuine desire to help. His exceptional communication skills create a welcoming and safe space, empowering those he works with to find lasting solutions and embrace a hopeful new chapter. 

Stephen genuinely understands that when someone struggles with addiction, their loved ones are also deeply affected. That’s why he extends his support to families, guiding them through every step of the intervention journey. He offers essential resources, practical advice, and a calm presence, helping families navigate challenging discussions and establish healthy boundaries, all contributing to a strong foundation for recovery. 

In addition to his direct work, Stephen is the visionary founder and CEO of 8 Pillars Recovery Foundation. Through this impactful non-profit, he’s actively expanding access to crucial pre and post-treatment sober living housing options, further demonstrating his unwavering dedication to supporting the recovery community.
