3. How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; assess sober living eligibility, safety, funding, placement, and program fit; administer housing and recovery supports; verify identity, references, income, benefits, or funding; process store transactions; secure and improve the website; prevent fraud and misuse; meet legal, insurance, funding, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations; and publish a testimonial or image only with appropriate permission.

We do not sell personal information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention differs for inquiries, applications, resident and incident records, financial records, store transactions, and consent records. Information is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when no longer required. Contact us about the retention period for a particular record.
10. Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. We may verify your identity. Applicable law may permit limited exceptions and a reasonable fee where legally allowed. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason where required.
